Sage 300 CRE Suite Implementation and Support
A major portion of our business is implementing new sales and providing ongoing support of the Sage 300 CRE (formerly, Timberline Office) Suite of products. Kelar Atlantic, LLC, the Western and Central New York Sage 300 dealer, manages and works directly with the client through the sales process. After a client has purchased the software, the Balcoda Consulting team assists with the implementation and performs training, long-term support, software upgrades, custom report design, and customer care. All requests for support are made directly by the client to Balcoda Consulting.
Custom Report Development
Custom Report Development, typically using Crystal Reports, continues to be in strong demand with our clients. With our extensive experience in the construction and real estate industries, we are able to quickly understand our client’s reporting needs and develop the necessary reports for all levels within their organization—from line employees to top management. Crystal Reports is also a powerful way to leverage the visual impact of the Sage Desktop. We also develop custom reports for other ODBC databases. Custom Application Development
We have developed a number of custom applications for our clients. Successful implementations have included several database systems used for employee master data/vacation/benefit tracking, tool inventory monitoring, remote time entry & payroll automation, online job projection functionality, bid tracking, and request for pricing email automation. Some of the applications interface directly with Sage 300 and some are stand-alone systems. All of the database systems we develop require a detailed knowledge of our clients’ businesses and reporting needs, along with an over-arching understanding of efficient database design and user-friendly interfaces.
